The biggest misconception about meditation is that it will empty your mind and all your problems will melt away. I'm afraid it doesn't. What it does do is teach you about the movements of your mind, learning to anticipate these and improving your quality of life by managing your thoughts and emotions. Give it a go, whether you are new to it or you have tried it before.
You will be leaving with a few "tools" to put into practice in your daily life.
Angelina has been teaching meditation and mindfulness in the UK and the Netherlands for 25 years. She has lived and taught in Buddhist communities and schools and now teaches secular meditation and mindfulness skills for all. Angelina is a medical herbalist and lifecoach, specialising in children, depression and coping with grief.
